My visit to what I researched as a Rolex authorized dealer turned out to be by far the most inappropriate and unprofessional experience I have ever had. I went in hoping to get a watch sized and discuss options for a specific model for an upcoming special occasion. Instead, as I was greeted, the sales associate just went over and started talking to a couple that came in after me. My son and I were left standing there not knowing what we were supposed to do. When she finally did come over, she wasn't professional about it at all. This lack of basic courtesy and assistance was unacceptable. That's why I felt compelled to leave a detailed review and reach out to customer service, hoping to address such a frustrating encounter.
